Terms & Conditions
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by 701 Garage Doors LLC are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change due to material cost increases, availability, or changes to the scope of work. Any additional work requested by the customer that is not included in the original estimate will be billed separately.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and approved electronic payment methods. Returned checks may be subject to additional fees. Any unpaid balances after the due date may incur late fees and/or interest as permitted by law.
Deposits
Deposits may be required for special-order materials, custom doors, or large projects. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
Scheduling & Delays
Work schedules are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances. 701 Garage Doors LLC is not responsible for delays beyond its control but will communicate any changes promptly.
Warranty
Labor is warranted for a specified period as outlined on the invoice or estimate. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and materials and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, accidents, or acts of nature.
Liability
701 Garage Doors LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or damage caused by hidden defects. The customer is responsible for ensuring the work area is clear and accessible. Any damage to personal property not disclosed prior to service is not the responsibility of the company.
Property Access & Safety
The customer grants permission for technicians to access the property to perform agreed-upon work. Pets must be secured, and the work area must be safe and unobstructed.
Ownership of Materials
All installed materials remain the property of 701 Garage Doors LLC until payment is received in full.
Legal
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to proceed, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
